Curious facts

Warblers are birds that tend to be in the thicket, in the tangle of brambles and underbrush, which makes them difficult to see. However, their song usually betrays them. They are true polyglots, which means that they "speak several languages". They sing without stopping, frantically, and interspersing different tones, their own and those that mimic other warblers and small birds. Their Latin name also makes reference to the Greek term "upolais", used by Aristotle to distinguish the birds that used to incubate cuckoo eggs in their nests, as is the case.
